It is helpful to provide an address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) of the property, a map or site plan, if available, and any details such as a brief description of the project, name of the agency requesting the study (i.e. County, City, etc.), and type of study requested (i.e. Phase I Cultural Resources Assessment or other type of study), if known.
